Quotations and Estimates

All quotations we provide are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified
• Based on our assessment of the work required at the time of inspection
• Subject to change if additional issues are discovered once work begins
• Provided with no obligation to proceed

If, during the course of work, we discover additional issues requiring attention that were not visible or apparent during the initial inspection, we will provide a separate quotation for this additional work before proceeding.

Scheduling and Timelines

While we strive to adhere to all agreed timelines, please note:

• Start and completion dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances
• We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they become apparent
• For emergency services, we aim to respond within 2-4 hours during business hours and within 24 hours outside normal business hours
